Cumulative transactions

Running total of all transactions — Transactions per bucket and running total

What it shows

Cumulative transactions measures how the Bitcoin network is being used: Running total of all transactions. It turns blocks, transactions and output data into a time series of network activity.

How to read it

Compare the current level with the recent baseline and with fee conditions. Broad, persistent growth is more meaningful for adoption than a short-lived operational spike.

Good to know

Network counts can be affected by batching, consolidation and changes in wallet software. More transactions or addresses do not map one-for-one to more users.
