BTC accumulation vs distribution by cohort · 60D

60-day balance change across seven address cohorts — Rolling 60-day address-balance change · exchanges/miners excluded · through block #{{block}}

What it shows

The rolling 60-day net balance change of seven current address-balance cohorts. Values above zero mean that cohort accumulated BTC; values below zero mean distribution.

How to read it

Compare which cohort areas sit above or below zero while following the BTC price line. Persistent positive 100–1K, 1K–10K or 10K+ readings indicate large holders gaining balance over the same 60-day window.

Good to know

Cohorts use the current address balance snapshot and exclude labeled exchanges and miners. A sharp move can come from a new large transfer entering the window or an old one rolling out after 60 days. The 0.01–0.1 BTC band is intentionally omitted to match the reference view; a membership refresh restates complete chain history under a new auditable fingerprint.
