Binary CDD

LTH activity above/below its norm — Binary flag uses the all-time historical average; the 90d average provides readable recent context for supply-adjusted CDD

What it shows

Binary CDD tracks when Bitcoin supply becomes active: LTH activity above/below its norm. It is designed to distinguish fresh spending from the movement of long-dormant coins.

How to read it

Dense clusters of 1s = long-term holders persistently more active than their history — a macro distribution signal. Long quiet stretches = accumulation.

Good to know

A coin moving on-chain does not prove a sale. Internal transfers, custody changes and wallet maintenance can produce activity without a market transaction.
